Your mission
- Be the face of ALBA: Represent our values with a warm, smiling, and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Reliable Deliveries: Ensure prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of orders to our customers.
- Customer Interaction: Provide a friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with customers during deliveries.
- Team Support: Assist in the restaurant when not on deliveries, including basic prep work, packaging, or supporting colleagues during service.
- Problem Solver: Display a proactive mindset and resolve challenges efficiently to maintain a seamless service experience.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered on time, maintaining ALBA’s high standards of quality.
