Located just a few hundred meters below Triemli hospital, ALBA Triemli is our second location, specializing in takeout, delivery and workshops on the art of sourdough craftmanship. We are open for takeout and delivery during lunch hours. In the evenings, we also offer a few seats for walk-ins. Please note that we do not accept reservations.

From sourdough starter to pizza

For groups of 7 or more, we offer an in-depth experience on how we bake sourdough pizza at ALBA. Our team, including our head pizzaiolo, will guide you through maintaining our 160-year-old sourdough culture, AULUS, and choosing the right flour for artisanal pizza baking. It’s a perfect team activity for anyone looking to bond while learning the craft of making unique pizza.
