Located in the vibrant heart of Kreis 3 in Zurich, our concept is enriched by the presence of AULUS, our 159-year-old sourdough starter, symbolizing a legacy of craftsmanship. Our unique network of producers plays a crucial role in creating a more sustainable food system. We uphold our commitment to exceptional quality by directly importing ingredients from our producers, eliminating middlemen, and ensuring unparalleled quality.
Your mission
- You embody the ALBA Sourdough values: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the guests, help your colleagues during service and adopt a "problem solver" attitude.
- You co-create new recipes with our Head-Chef
- Engaging in two-way communication with the management team by effectively communicating needs, ideas, concerns to continuously improve ALBA.
- You will contribute to the smooth running of the cold section.
- You will be responsible for the mise-en-place and the plating of our classic Italian inspired starter dishes like our Tartare, Burrata with Basil-Oil or our signature buffalo-milk soft serve with olive-oil and salt.
- You create the most amazing family meals.
- You will contribute to the respect of hygiene standards within the kitchen.

- Previous experience as a Commis Chef
- English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
