What is the difference between the 55 and the 75 CHF menu?
For larger groups of 7 or more people, we always offer fixed menus. One option is CHF 55 per person, which includes a starter, pizza, water, and espresso. The other option is CHF 75 per person and also includes dessert and Arancello. It’s important to note that for larger groups, pizzas and starters are always served to share, as we cannot serve, for example, 8 pizzas all at once. Instead, the pizzas are sliced and placed in the center of the table, and we rotate the plates with different pizza varieties. The dessert in the CHF 75 menu is served as an individual portion for each person. The CHF 55 menu also has a time restriction: the table is available from 5:45 PM to 8:15 PM or from 8:30 PM until the restaurant closes.
Is ALBA wheelchair accessible and do you have accessible toilets?
Yes we are and yes we do.
You want to celebrate your birthday with us?
We feel honoured. We have built the reputation to host amazing and laid back birthday parties. You can come with a smaller group or rent out entire rooms for a more exclusive party.
Do you respect dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We always ask after presenting the menu whether there are any dietary preferences or allergies that need to be respected. We take pride in offering pizzas that cater to everyone.
Why do you offer a menu?
First of all, our guests love the menu experience. You get to try a variety of our starters and pizzas, which is the best way to get to know ALBA. Additionally, we offer set menus because we can't handle too many pizzas at once, and we want to ensure you have the best possible experience. Pizza is best enjoyed hot, and the longer you wait for other pizzas to arrive, the more likely it is that you'll experience a drop in quality.
